Consillience Group Project

Consilience Group LLC is a women-owned, mission-driven consultancy firm based in Memphis, Tennessee, that specializes in organizational transformation and provides equitable people-centered services to clients across sectors, systems and organizations. They primarily deliver their services in public, non-profit, and philanthropic organizations across social sectors at local, state and national levels. The firm aims to expand its reach and drive revenue growth by acquiring larger, long term contracts.

We believed in designing roadmaps that would help Consilience plan out their marketing endeavours through a unified Brand voice. This would help them gain their overarching goal of growth as a company.

Strategize

Our key focus while building strategies for Consilience was to improve their visual impact on clients. We found the need of a firm brand guide that helps the Consillience Group stay uniform through all platforms was needed.

Impact

They established a need to create a passive revenue stream through all the experience and knowledge they had by working with their clients over the years. We proposed strategies in a network where they establish presence by knowledge sharing through social media which can be then sold as a detailed product through a platform that helps clients engage more with the services Consilience offers and subscribe to their workshops or knowledge offering ooportunities.

We identified two key opportunity areas : Impact Creation (Social Media, Branding) and Revenue Generation (Marketing, Platform/toolkit).

What we did

During the branding exercise, it became evident that there was a significant amount of inconsistency in the use of the existing brand language. In order to tackle this issue, we compiled the brand language into a consolidated document and made minor alterations to enhance its visual appeal.

Through the use of design, social media can help companies establish a consistent and recognizable visual identity, create engaging content that resonates with their audience, and ultimately drive business growth.

Social Media

To enhance the platform's success, it is important to focus on exploring potential intangible value for users. This can be achieved by amplifying the user experience and consistently putting clients first. By internalizing customer reviews and feedback, building trust through transparency and reliability, and providing personalized assistance, the platform can establish a loyal customer base and increase user engagement, ultimately leading to long-term success.
